Natural Happiness

One quick and easy way too serve humanity,especially those in your immediate vicinity is too remain happy or at least cheerfull.Then souls around you will see you as an oasis of contentment,happiness etc but you really need to have this otherwise they will rob you and leave you feeling empty while they walk away happy.Too get a resevoir of happiness you can take it from the Ocean of Happiness,God in a direct manner through meditation.Just consider God too be like a Fountain of 8 colours and your sitting under this fountain being refreshed by the light of happiness which is a blue colour, you can experiment with all the colours and qualities,just go wild and see what results you have, you can send these colours too others as well.Have fun
