More meditation


The main obstacle too meditation is body concsiousness. That means thinking in my mind I am black or white, christian or buddhist, male or female,angry or patient etc, these may be practical thoughts but for the purpose of deep meditation you should leave them aside for the time being.The key is too think too yourself "I am a peaceful soul, I am not this body". Then too visualize yourself as a living point of light like a star sitting in the centre of the forehead behind the eyes,and too feel the peace and silence vibrating from this point.Now hold this experience for as long as possible and every day build upon it. this is step 1 of deep meditation
