If things were perfect
There would be no life lessons
There would be no regrets
And neither discovered ...
If everything was perfect
Hands do not unite
And dreams were not valued.
If everything was perfect
Looks were complete
And gestures overlooked.
If everything was perfect
The tears would not exist
The words would be perfect ...
If everything was perfect
I would jump into the abyss
Without fear of death
For wings I would win ...
If everything was perfect
I'd cross the ocean
Without fear of being taken by the waves
Without fear of losing myself in its depths.
If everything was perfect
Pain would not exist
And the cure would be sought ...
If everything was perfect
There would be the quest for perfection ...
Nothing is by chance
For not the destination
It's perfect.
