In a very deep state of soul consciousness, I experience my Angelic form, thus my body becomes that of white light, there are no bones or flesh experienced in this Angelic meditation, then I move too a higher realm again, that is the land of sweet silence or the sweet home, where the souls and the Supreme Soul reside, it is a land of Golden Red light, like the colour of a sunset. So this meditation is called travelling the 3 worlds. It is very nice and also entertaining for the soul, because some meditations can get boring. So we should develop the pure pride of silence, and conquer the world through silence. If I remember God in this manner my sins are absolved Try it out
