Technology and creative marketing have developed the smart phone which doesn’t just make phone calls but also acts as a mini computer etc. These have made life easier in some regards for that busy lifestyle. The motivation behind them is communication. This comes from the word commune and union, too unite a group. In hindi the word yoga also means union, either between body and soul or God and soul, depending on who you talk too. If in meditation we can connect the yoga of our intellects (thoughts and feelings) too the Supreme soul then our lines of communication become open and we begin too take on the knowledge and experience of God. We can become the seers of the 3 aspects of time and in times of crisis when all other lines of communication fail, steer others too a position of calm and peace through the features on our face.
