On a deep spiritual journey the practictioner can at times become very serious, dealing with deep negative traits, etc etc, blah blah blah. Keep it real man, otherwise people will see your face and activity and go " What the hell are you on?, Im not going too go anywhere near what your doing. For an hour a day, as well as your spiritual undertaking and discipline, look at comedys, practice laughing, congratulate yourself for what you have achieved, sing a song out loud, do something nice but naughty.
