Heartfelt change

CIf you are willing too change or renew your true self, your higher self, you must first acknowledge the commitment, secondly the time it would take, and thirdly the pain the ego will vomit up when it feels it's false identity is being revealed and vanquished, it's like dealing with a haunted house lol. But once you get a taste of your higher self you won't want too turn back. So if you approach this from your own heart and not because you've been told too change or Some religious group told you too do this then it will happen quickly. Too me meditation is the method too fast track it but if you are totally screwed up and damaged a counsellor, psychologist or wise person may be needed
